Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes buying online does not work out so we want to make things right for you and hassle free. First read through our Returns Policy then we can get started.
To qualify for a return your return process must be started within 30 days from the original purchase date. You will receive your refund to the original payment method, minus 15% restocking fee.
Items not Eligible for Refunds:
- Items marked as final sale
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- Shipping Charges, except in cases where we have made the shipping error
- Swimwear MUST BE Returned with the hygienic liner intact. Swimwear without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. Please either place it in a larger box or wrap it with brown paper prior to shipping. Shoes not shipped this way will receive no refund.
- Apparel must include original tags still intact. Must not show signs of wear or laundering in order to receive your refund.
- Non-apparel Items must be returned with the original packaging in tact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund.

- Currently we can only accommodate exchanges for domestic (US) customers only.
- We are happy to exchange as long as the item is in stock. You will need to include a note inside the package clearly stating the size and style.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item you are shipping to us.
We will email you when we have processed your return or exchange to keep you updated.
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
